Back injuries due to heavy lifting

In 2017 the company decided to incorporate TAWI Multifuntional lifters to facilitate handling of boxes and bags in their production. Lifting heavy sacks and boxes had been tough on workers, causing back injuries and pain.

Immediate effects of ergonomic lifters

When starting to use the TAWI lifters, workers noticed the benefits immediately. They could now avoid the back problems they had suffered before, due to the forced postures that their manipulation required. The manager says that he noticed the change from the first moment. He had also had to do such manipulations at the beginning of his career and could see the benefits of the ergonomic lifters.
