The Container Unloader + Loader in action

Manual unloading and loading is time-consuming and labour-intensive

Companies that manually unload or load containers put employees at risk of injuries from repetitive lifting and fatigue. When this occurs it can also cause employees to slow down, resulting in the need for several people to complete the task. Consequently the task becomes more expensive. The U.S. National Safety Council found that work injuries cost $167 billion dollars in 2021. These injuries result in wage and productivity losses, medical expenses, administrative expenses, and employers’ uninsured costs. Additionally, other employees might be unable or unwilling to fill in for such physically exhausting tasks leaving companies scrambling.

With the TAWI Container Unloader + Loader, any operator, regardless of size or strength, can safely lift items up to 50kg (110 lbs.), reaching goods from the top to the bottom of the container with ease.

  • Increase Efficiency – Unload and load containers faster, reducing the need for multiple operators
  • Improve Employee Safety – Minimise manual handling injuries and fatigue
  • Maximise Cost Savings – Lower labour costs and reduce resource-intensive operations
