Moving sealed boxes is one thing, but lifting or moving opened boxes requires a very flexible approach. TAWI has you covered, with ergonomic and innovative solutions for all open box lifting. Our solutions enable both top gripping of boxes and cartons as well as secure and accurate side lifting where top lifting is not possible.
An open solution for unsealed boxes
The TAWI’s multifunctional vacuum lifter can be configured in a range of variations to enable safe and secure handling of open boxes of varying sizes and weights. Our innovative solution enables gripping cartons with open flaps from the top. We aslo offer tools for side gripping when flaps have been removed or top gripping is not possible for other reasons. Like all TAWI vacuum lifters, the system can be customized to suit your specific needs and to enable the most efficient and productive workflow. Protecting both the content of opened boxes as well as the safety of your employees, a TAWI vacuum lifting system ensures maximum flexibility and maximum performance.
Approaching the challenge from all sides
Vacuum assisted lifting enables your employees to lift open boxes faster and more securely than ever before. Boxes can be lifted with suction feet placed above the box on opened flaps, or from the sides with two suction cups, one on either side of the box. Suction cups are easily adjustable and can be placed at different positions along the tool. This allows easy lifting of boxes of different shapes and sizes.
