Typically, a TAWI Lifting Trolley is used to handle rolls for packaging processes. In sensitive environments like food manufacturing and chemical or pharmaceutical production, a stainless steel lifter will guarantee sanitary and efficient handling. Plastic film rolls can be picked from a pallet or shelf and easily turned or rotated in position to be mounted onto a machine axis. With the TAWI QuickLoad feature, you can program the lifter to stop at exactly the right height it needs to be at.

Our mobile stainless steel lifters are also ideal for lifting and tilting drums or barrels. A stainless steel gripping tool allows you to grip drums from the side and tilt them, in order to empty their contents into a hopper or mixer. Drums or barrels can also be lifted, rotated or tilted, to be placed on shelves or pallets.

The wide selection of stainless steel tools we provide allows the lifting trolleys the ability to handle anything from boxes, bags, or raw materials. We can also customize our tools to meet specific customer requirements. For facilities with high demands on cleanliness, the CR80 model offers a mobile lifter which can be washed with high pressure. All other stainless steel models have legs, wheels and handles in stainless steel, and battery and electronics covered by an FDA-approved plastic cover.
