Mobile keg lifters
Our mobile lifters allow you to lift kegs and transport them anywhere, without straining your body. Lifting Trolleys can grip from the side, allowing you to tilt or rotate them using manual or electrical power. With a lifting capacity of up to 500 lbs, their modular design makes them easy to adapt to your needs, offering a mobile solution for safe keg handling within the beverage industry. The TAWI Mobile Order Picker, on the other hand, offers a unique solution for order picking kegs from pallet racks, shelves and conveyors. It can attach to any forklift or pallet jack and be driven to wherever you need to go. This makes it easy to use the lifter anywhere within your facility, without being tied to one forklift. You can safely grip kegs weighing up to 175 lbs by reaching far into pallet racks and other areas with limited head room, resulting in fast and effortless keg order picking.

Vacuum keg lifters
Another keg lifting solution is our Vacuum Lifters, which use vacuum technology to both grip and lift kegs weighing up to 600 lbs. Depending on which suction foot you use, you can lift from the top or from the side, using no effort at all. When gripping kegs from the side, you also have the advantage of being able to rotate them in a 360° motion. A vacuum keg lifter can also be customized with a built-in scale, allowing you to weigh the keg while lifting it, effectively streamlining the process while saving both time and effort.

Pairing a vacuum keg lifter with our Crane Systems will additionally enhance your overall workflow. This is best suited especially for production lines with several working stations and a separate crane bridge can be installed for each station.
