Compact solution for an efficient workflow

A TAWI low built crane system is an an alternative to ceiling and wall suspensions. It minimizes the construction height of the overall system and can easily be adapted to your facility. This system is best suited for the handling of light weight goods in all types of production.

The low built crane system is a compact solution, designed to allow a maximum possible vertical hook stroke in areas with low head room. The special low built construction holds the girder and gantry at the same level, thus saving place. The low built system can be
suspended from free-standing constructions or from the ceiling.

Low built jib cranes - for operations with restricted headroom

In cases where ceiling height is an issue, a low built jib is the solution to ergonomic lifting.

When there is limited headroom, a crane which builds only 300 mm in height could give you those extra centimeters to be able to get a TAWI jib crane system into your operations. A facility with low headroom can mean employees can barely stand straight or also material handling trucks might need that extra space in order to operate sufficiently. The low built jib crane system is a compact solution, primarily designed to allow for an optimal solution for low headroom work spaces.

Sometimes ceiling height is an issue and an underbraced jib can then facilitate ergonomic lifting. The standard low built jib arms are available in both aluminium and stainless steel, for material handling up to 90 lbs. Stainless steel and aluminium profiles can be mounted in the ceiling or on floor pillars, built to meet your every need.
