A standard arm jib arm offers a flexible solution for mounting a TAWI lifter so that you can use it wherever you need
A jib arm gives a wide range of motion, which is ideal for high frequency lifting and efficient handling of most types of goods. Its lightweight design ensures flexible and smooth handling. With a wide line of jib arms to choose from, TAWI can provide standard as well as customized solutions to meet your specific needs.
Do you to need to lift and move material freely and within a limited space? TAWI jib cranes offer a cost-efficient solution with complete range of motion, taking up minimal space within your facility.
A jib crane is a great choice where repetitive and stationary lifting is required. Implementing a jib crane into your workflow will provide a more safe and better ergonomic solution. The base component includes a column, arm and bracket, that are easy to assemble. Flexible movement and maximum utilization of the arm length offers the best possible use of the working area.
With a wide selection of standard jib cranes to choose from, and the ability to modify cranes to customer requests, we can always find the best solution for your operational needs. If mobility is important, articulating jib arms offer a great range of motion, while portable jibs can be moved around your facility to be used wherever you need them. When you only need to lift in one place, an over braced jib crane is the strongest and most stable solution. Sometimes ceiling height is an issue and an underbraced jib is the solution that will facilitate ergonomic lifting.
TAWI jib cranes can handle up to 275 lbs, with a range of motion from 180-270 degrees. Jib arms made of steel, aluminum, or stainless steel with arm lengths up to 6 meters, means that we can meet your needs, no matter what they are.
In some industries cleanliness is key, which is why all TAWI jib cranes are available in stainless steel models, ideal for facilities with high sanitary requirements. The stainless steel jib arm is available in an over braced, under braced or articulating rendering, depending on what suits your facility, and can accommodate heavier goods weighing up to 2,200 lbs. The aluminum jib arm is suitable for lightweight lifting up to 275 lbs. The advantage of using aluminum jib cranes is that it offers the least amount of friction resulting in smooth operation.
All TAWI jib cranes can be combined with any of our lifting tools such as the VacuMove vacuum lifter and TAWIGrip sheet lifter as well as a TAWI electrical hoist. Regardless of what you need to lift, or where you need to lift, we will help you find the best system to make lifting easy and efficient.
