How often should I have my equipment serviced?
- We recommend once every 12 months to keep your equipment in optimum condition.

What is included in a standard service (1 year)?
- 12 month service including Load test and certification*
- Engineer’s report.
- Full examination of structural, mechanical and electrical components.
- Full examination of attachment functionality.

- 24 month service including Load test and certification*

Do you provide training when equipment is serviced?
Training completed at the time of service.
- We provide onsite training for TAWI equipment only.
- One site visit and training for up to 5 staff members.
- Certificate issued upon completion

- We also provide stand-alone training as and when needed.

What happens if I need my equipment to be repaired?
- We will come out and repair the equipment for a fee

What happens if we need to relocate our equipment?
- We will send our Engineering Manager to site to assess and quote.

As an employer what certification do I need to have in place to make sure my equipment is safe to use?
We always recommend that you have a LOLER certificate as it is a legal requirement in some countries, including the United Kingdom, for certain types of lifting equipment. The certificate ensures that lifting equipment used in workplaces meets specific safety standards and is regularly inspected and maintained to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of workers.
